About the Role:
Veritas Environmental Services LLC is looking for an experienced Night Janitor to join our team in Greensboro, NC! This is a great opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professional to work a consistent overnight shift from 9:30 PM to 3:00 AM in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough janitorial and custodial cleaning duties during overnight shift hours (9:30 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, hallways, and common areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to supervisors
- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before end of shift
Requirements:
- Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required
- Ability to work independently and stay on task during overnight hours
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Must be available to work the 9:30 PM – 3:00 AM shift consistently
